aRE wE tHERE yET???

Well now that we are homeless (we sold our house on May 18th) we needed somewhere to put all of our stuff! nICH did a little research and found a perfect storage unit! So early Saturday morning we jumped in the penske truck...and we were off to Utah!

nICH loves gizzards...I think they are disgusting!! According to my mother-in law and nICH the Flying J off the freeway in Ellensburg has the best gizzards...so of course we had to stop and get some!

After about 8 hours in the truck i was getting extremely bored...like beyond bored! I had taken like 8 naps...had eaten every snack in sight....and like a fool I didn't bring a book to read! So I started begging nICH to let me drive, but of course he didn't want to let me drive because then he would be bored (and probably because he was terrified to let me drive the ginormous truck) but after a lot of whinning...I got my way!

pulling out of the gas station wasn't too bad...but then came the freeway! I was a little nervous and I think nICH was wishing he never let me get behind the wheel!

wE'RE oN tHE mOVE...

So...we've decided to move to Utah!! We are sad to leave but excited to start a new adventure! I want to go back to school and get my RN and nICH wants to pursue a new career in law enforcement! Hopefully our dreams will come true in Utah! We love and will miss you all very much!

mY sECOND fAMILY

My mom and Katelyn and I drove nICH's jeep down to Utah after their weekend of fun...we left at 9:00 Sunday morning (5.6.07) and pulled into my parents house at midnight! It was a long...long...boring drive! Needless to say I didn't take any pictures! Opps!

While I was in Smithfield I went to see my second family The Hull's! My best friend Becky (that of course I didn't take a picture with) her little brother Logan just got home from his mission in Atlanta Georgia... so I went to see him.

MoM and kATE visit Seattle!

My MoM bought kATELYN and I princess hairbands at Pike Street Market so that we could feel like a princess for a day. We wore them ALL DAY long! At the end of our adventurous day we went to Azteca to get dinner, while we were waiting for our food one of the waiters came over and started playing with my princess hairband...humming the wedding march you know the dum dum da dum da dum dum dum (or something like that) of course I went bright red and said "oh no...I'm not a bride...I've been married for like ever." (two years in August to be exact!) then he gave me this look like "then why the heck do have that ridiculous thing in your hair! So I explained that my mom bought them for us to be princesses for the day and he said "well then where is her crown for being the QUEEN!" It was pretty darn funny!

We went to see the Fremont Troll! I told my mom that the troll is in the movie "Ten Things That I Hate About You" that see shows her class every year. She couldn't remember it...I need to watch it with her and point him out!
