eLK... It'S wHAT's fOR dINNER!!

nICH, bRAD(brother in-law), bRETT(bRad's brother), pAUL(friend) & kENNY(the elk whisperer!) all went hunting for elk on Tuesday. They left Monday night from kENNY's house at around 9:00, they got to their carefully selected destination at around 12:15 AM, they were all tired and climbed in the steel enclosed trailer...with no heat and slept!!..brrr!

They next morning kENNY made them an awesome breakfast. Then it was off to hunt.
bRAD spotted some Elk about 420 yards away...and started screaming like a little girl...then started shooting! nICH had no bullets in his gun so he hurried and threw some in...bRAD shot 12 times and bRETT shot 8 times at their elk...nICH got in about 3! bRAD's elk has 6 bullet holes, bRETT's has 3 bullet holes and nICH's has 2!! Lucky shots nICH!!

Poor nICH...they got home earlier than expected and I was out shopping..he got dropped off at the house and was locked out with no key !

The meat packaging place they were taking the elk to, was full their were 400 animals in front of them (must be hunting season) and no hooks to store their elk. So...they got to go in the iVERSON's garage (mELISSA was super happy about that)!

bRAD was a little worried the garage was going to come crashing in!

Well they did hang 3 400 lb elk!!
